- 1 can AYAM™ Makckerel in Tomato Sauce 155g
- Some olive oil
- 1/2 tomato(sliced)
- 1/2 onion(sliced)
- Half pack maitake mushroom
- Some bread crumbs
- Some garlic(chopped)
- Some salt
- Take out mackerel from Ayam Makckerel in Tomato Sauce and divide each in half along bone.
- Put bread crumbs and garlic, salt, plenty of olive oil in a bowl, mix them and make favorite taste.
- Spred olive oil on a deep bakeware, put method 1, add tomato remaing sauce in the can, put tomato on it, put onion on it.
- Put maitake mushroom, once put method 2 throughly, pour olive oil, bake it in an oven at 170～180℃. Once vegetables have been cooked, it's completed.
