EP24 sardine curry with rich tomato

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can AYAM™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
  • 2-3 branches of watercress
  • 5ml white wine vinegar
  • 5ml olive oil
  • Alittle of salt
  • Alittle of black pepper

 

METHOD

  1. Take sadines from AYAM™ Sardines in Tomato Sauce, cut them into easy-to-eat sizes and put them with tomato sause in a dish.
  2. Put suitably cut watercress, white wine vinegar, olive oil in a bowl and mix them lightly.
  3. Serve METHOD 2 on METHOD 1.
