Ep19 Sardine puff

Serves: 16 pieces

sato 155g 

Ingredients

  • 1can AYAM Sardines in Tomato Sauce 155g
  • 16  Dumpling wappers
  • 1/2 Grated cheese
  • Some Black pepper
  • Some Butter

 

Method

  1. Put fraked AYAM Sardines in Tomato Sauce, grated cheese and black pepper on the center of dumpling wappers.
  2. Put the water on the edge of dumpling wappers and wrap them over putting pattern with a folk.
  3. Brush melted butter on the dumplings throughly and bake them at 200℃ for about 10 minutes.
