- 140ml AYAM™ Nyonya curry paste
- 270ml AYAM™ Coconut milk
- 6 Chicken wings
- 2 Potatoes(cut into bite-sized pieces and cooked in microwave)
- 1/2 onion(sliced)
- 380cc Water
- 1tsp Sugar
- 1tsp Salt
- 1.5tsp Lime juice
- 1tbsp Salad oil
- Heat salad oil and fry onion. Once onin is tender, add AYAM™ Nyonya curry paste and fry on lower heat until aromatic.
- Add chicken wings and toss well to mix.
- Add coconut milk and water and cook in 10 mins.
- Add potato and season with sugar, salt, lemon juice.
