- 1 can AYAM Mackerel in Tomato Sauce 155g
- 1 tbsp Salad oil
- 1 tsp Chopped garlic
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- 1 tbsp Sliced red pepper
- 6 Mini tomatoes
- ■ 1/2 tbsp Salt
- ■ A little of sugar
- ■ 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- ■ 1 tsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- Heat oil in a pan and put garlic, onion, red pepper and fry them till onion is tender.
- Add only makerel of AYAM Mackerel in tomato sauce and carefully bake the both face.
- Add tomatoes and cook throughly, season 2 tbsp tomato sauce and ingredients ■ .
- Lastly, pour lemon juice thoroughly and stir-fry.
